On Sunday July 8, 2pm-5pm, the relic of the Heart of St John Mary Vianney will be at Oscott College, Chester Road, Sutton Coldfield, B73 5AA. This is the first time the relic has visited England and it is a great opportunity for all in the diocese to pray for a renewal in the life of faith and for vocations to the Priesthood, the Diaconate and the Consecrated life. The relic will be available for veneration from 2pm to 5pm in the main Chapel. There will also be a marquee in the grounds where there will be Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Light refreshments will be served during the afternoon. At 5pm the event will conclude with Solemn Vespers before the relic moves on from the diocese.
Please note there is NO PARKING at Oscott so you may wish to come by coach if your parish or deanery has organised one. For more information, please contact Mgr Pat Browne, who is the diocesan co‐ordinator for the event.(email@example.com) Tel: 0121 772 2780
